Deboned wild boar leg, cut up ready for cooking

Contents: Two to four ready-to-cook pieces of wild boar leg (boneless, approx. 2 kg total). Each piece usually weighs around 0.6 - 1.5 kg, depending on the animal. Vacuum packed.

Origin: Czech Republic.

Wild boar meat is characterized by its strong flavor and firm structure. Although it is a little fattier than other game, it is still leaner and more nutritious than conventional pork. The dark red color and the fine veins of fat give it a special appearance.

The parts of the wild boar leg can be used in a similar way to conventional pork - for goulash, roasting, braising or for preparing schnitzels.
