Contents: One or two wild boar loins ready to cook (boneless, approx. 1.2 - 2 kg total). Each loin usually weighs around 0.6 - 0.9 kg, depending on the animal. Vacuum packed.

Origin: Czech Republic.

Wild boar meat is characterized by its strong flavor and firm structure. Although it is a little fattier than other game, it is still leaner and more nutritious than conventional pork. The dark red color and the fine veins of fat give it a special appearance.

The wild boar loin is considered a particularly noble cut and is comparable to roast pork or roast beef. It is ideal for roasting whole, grilling or preparing steaks. For optimal results, we recommend letting the meat rest briefly after cooking before serving.
