Wild boar meat is fattier than other game, but compared to regular pork, it is firmer, leaner and richer in nutrients. It is dark red in color, has a fine texture and is streaked with fatty veins.

The quality meat is processed in modern plants in Kralupy nad Vltavou and Opava. This results in inexpensive and stable game of the highest quality from animals shot in our forests. The shot game is subjected to strict veterinary inspection after shooting and before processing.
