Deboned wild boar shoulder, ready to cook

Contents: One or two wild boar shoulders ready to cook (boneless, approx. 2 kg total). Each shoulder usually weighs around 1 - 2 kg, depending on the animal. Vacuum packed.

Origin: Czech Republic.

Wild boar meat is characterized by its strong flavor and firm structure. Although it is a little fattier than other game, it is still leaner and more nutritious than conventional pork. The dark red color and the fine veins of fat give it a special appearance.

The wild boar shoulder, consisting of various muscle parts, is particularly suitable for gentle cooking methods such as braising or roasting whole. It can also be used for preparing minced meat, ragout or goulash.
